Product Description

The short-cycle veneer production line is the main equipment for the secondary processing of artificial boards. It uses the secondary curing of melamine resin to press the impregnated decorative paper and the plain board (particle board, fiberboard) into decorative boards. During hot pressing, the melamine resin in the impregnated decorative paper flows and penetrates under the state of heating and pressure, and the impregnated decorative paper and the plain board (particle board, fiberboard) are cured into one, making the surface have beautiful patterns and smooth, water-resistant, wear-resistant, scalding-resistant, pollution-resistant, mildew-resistant, and anti-bacterial properties.

Product Specification

1. The cylinders of press are upper installation. 
2 .The frame of press has strong dynamo specification through reasonable design and reinforced. Each working face is manufacturing to ensure the working accuracy of frame.
3. The size of length and diameter of cylinders is enlarged. They are sealed by means of modern technology. The material of cylinder is cast steel. Pistons are made of Chilled alloy cast iron. High machined accuracy make sure its long term operation. 
4. Movable beam of press is designed by enlarged size so as to enhance its rigidity. 
5. The thickness of upper and bottom heating plates both are110 mm. They have high precision, reasonable arrangement of inner  pipe loop, good rigidity and insulation as well as perfect temperature balance.
6.The prefill valve is installed on the hydraulic system. Due to cartridge valve and overlap valve are used, hydraulic station became compact also effective and easy control. 
7.PLC design is applied in electric system. High class electric components are used in the system. The operator/PC interface is able to be designed according to the request of buyer. 
8. The press slide moves upwards and downwards evenly via hydraulic synchronizing device in case reaction unsensitive by gear & gear bar system and easy wear.
