Product Description

The impregnation and coating production line for wood-based panel facing paper is a highly automated system tailored for gluing decorative paper and HPL base paper. This line is capable of continuously impregnating, coating, drying, and cutting materials such as wear-resistant paper, insulation paper, kraft paper, and balance paper, ensuring precise and efficient operation. The production process uses various impregnated base papers and resins, including melamine resin (MF), urea-formaldehyde resin (UF), and phenol-formaldehyde resin (PF).

Nantong Ruiya's fully-automatic horizontal impregnation lines are ideal for Artificial Board Factories, Decorative Panel Factories, Fireproof Board Factories, Edge Banding Factories, Impregnated Paper Factories, High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) Factories, and Flooring Factories. Each line is equipped with an unwinder, impregnator, heating oven, cutter, and stacker, making it perfectly suited for the automatic, continuous impregnation of decorative or kraft paper in manufacturing plants.
