Copper clad laminate press is a kind of equipment specially used for producing copper clad laminate. Copper clad laminate is usually used in the manufacturing process of printed circuit board (PCB). Its main function is to combine copper foil and insulating substrate (such as FR-4/FR-5/G11/Mica) to form a conductive layer. At present, vacuum press is mostly used, heated by thermal oil, and double-width pressing. Vacuum laminator generally consists of four major parts: oil cylinder and hydraulic system, heating plate and heating and cooling system, vacuum system, control system.
Application areas:
•Printed circuit board (PCB): used to manufacture various types of circuit boards, including single-sided, double-sided and multi-layer boards.
•Electronic products: widely used in the production of electronic equipment such as mobile phones, computers, and home appliances.
The most commonly used one is the "two hot and one cold" press group, in which two hot presses and one cold press are equipped and share a set of mobile push-pull pallet trucks.

•The heating and cooling of the product are carried out in the hot and cold presses respectively, and the production efficiency and output are relatively high.
