The glass fiber cloth impregnation line is mainly a vertical impregnation and drying production line. The vertical impregnation line allows the resin to flow naturally under the action of gravity, reduces the complexity of the pumping system, improves the resin penetration efficiency, controls the temperature during the impregnation process more evenly, ensures that the viscosity of the resin is suitable for impregnation, and improves product quality. This impregnation line performs continuous and high-precision impregnation, drying, cutting (or winding) automated processing for electronic grade glass fiber cloth. Impregnated glass fabrics are used for phase insulation, winding and layer insulation in electrical engineering, motors and transformers. Due to the high grade of the insulation material of the corresponding products (maximum H 180°C), they can be used in many fields.
